Redeeming Love

A heart is torn and

Shattered

Into tiny fragmented pieces.

A Heart of Glass

Which once

Brightly reflected the Lord’s Love

Is now dimly lit

As the shards 

Of glass

Deeply embedded

Into a bleeding heart.

Wounds

Gaping hole

Sins

Ugly cry

Beneath lay a rubble

Of tiny fragmented

Heart pieces.

Tears fallen are

Etched in time

Frozen and suspended.

Truth be told

Wrapped in mighty arms 

Of Righteousness, Peace

And Faithfulness.

Love is Patient

Love is Kind

Love covers a multitude of sin

In a battle torn heart.

Let My Love wash over you.

Light refracted

By the Lord’s Redeeming Love

Shining brilliantly

Within the deep darkness of 

A bleeding heart.

Iridescent hues 

Of Heaven’s Love

Cast a warm, fiery glow  

Upon the tiny fragmented heart pieces.

Tiny fragmented pieces arise 

Piece by piece

Intricately forming an elegant Heart of Glass

Whole in 

Unity and Love

Radiating and Reflecting His Love.

Out of the ashes

Beauty arises

A delicate dance intertwined 

Grace and Mercy have kissed.
