As I sat out on our back deck enjoying a beautiful fall day, I watched as the Trumpeter Swans flew gracefully in and land on the lake. They are beautiful, white majestic birds. As I watched the Trumpeter Swans, I heard them trumpet quiet loudly, as if in relaying a message. My heart quickened as I knew the Lord was about to speak to me. He seems to speak to me quite often whenever I hear Trumpeter Swans. As I sat and waited upon the Lord, He spoke:
“Harken your ear and hear what I have to say: When the trumpet sounds, behold I AM coming.
The time draws near for hearts to repent and turn back to their first love.
Have you forsaken Me?
Burn your idols as they have hardened your hearts for Me. Their stench is pungent as it fills the air and sickens many. You have misplaced your hope for hope deferred makes a heart sick.
Build an altar - an altar where the fire never goes out. A fire that continually burns for Me for I AM an All-consuming fire. Repent and turn your heart back to Me. My fragrance will be sweet that fills the air; My aroma permeates hearts that burn for Me. Hearts will be healed. Repent and come back to your first Love.
For the time is nearing, where the trumpet of My sound will fill the air and earth. I will come riding in on chariots of fire where you will know that I AM who I AM – King of Kings and Lord of Lords. My sound will echo and reverberate across the nations.
I am calling My Bride back to her first love. My Bride: It’s time to come and adorn yourself for I AM coming soon.”
With the ending of these words the Lord spoke to me, He gave me a beautiful vision: A bride eloquently adorned for her wedding. As she stands with expectancy, awaiting her groom, she sees Him walk into the room. The bride gazes upwards; her eyes fixed on the bridegroom. She slowly walks towards the bridegroom and as she does, she reaches out and gently places her hand in the Lord’s hand.
Now is the time to come forth as His Bride.
Revelation 11:15 – “The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: ‘The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah, and he will reign for ever and ever.’”
Revelation 22:12 – “Behold, I am coming soon. I bring with me the recompense I will give to each according to his deeds.
Revelation 2:4 – “Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love.”
Proverbs. 13:12 – “Hope deferred makes the heart sick…”
Leviticus 6:13 – “The fire must be kept burning upon the altar continually. It must never go out.”
Ephesians 5:2 – “And continue to walk surrendered to the extravagant love of Christ, for he surrendered his life as a sacrifice for us. His great love for us was pleasing to God, like an aroma of adoration—a sweet healing fragrance.”
Isaiah 66:15 – “For behold, the LORD will come with fire and with His chariots, like a whirlwind…”
Revelation 19:7-9 – “Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife has made herself ready.” And to her it was granted to be arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. Then he said to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are those who are called to the marriage supper of the Lamb!’” And he said to me, “These are the true sayings of God.”
Revelation 21:2 – “And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared like a bride adorned for her husband.”
