In the Midnight Hour
There is a spiritual battle
Kingdom against Kingdom
Light clashing against the forces of darkness
In the silence of the night
A mighty roar can be heard
Reverberating across all nations
For there is a spiritual war
Fighting for hearts and souls
In the darkness of the night
When everything is still
I see your tears
As so many emotions
Of whirlwind storms swirling about
Yahweh Yahweh
Calm my heart
Calm my soul
For I feel burdens
Heavy upon my shoulders
Heavy upon my heart
That I know I am
Not to carry alone
For I see you
For I hear you
You carry My heart
As you trumpet
The sound of My Voice
My Words are Fire spewed from your mouth
As they ignite a fire deep within
You may feel lost
In a darkened world
But know that I have placed
My Light
My Spirit
Inside you
To break open and shatter the darkness
For all to see
To let all feel My Love
To know Me
For you are to carry
My Presence wherever you go
Upon My leading
Your footing is safe and secure
The darkness will flee
For I have armed you with strength
Stand firm
Stand your ground
Now Go
You are My Warrior
You are My Gatekeeper
You are My Firebrand
It’s time
To Stand and Arise
In this Midnight Hour.
