Light overcame the darkness
As Love came down from the Heaven above
And covered us ever so gently.
Wrapped in swaddling clothes
A baby in a Manger
Came to die for our sins
To overcome the World
In its darkness.
The Light of the World
Shines brightly in hearts
That have humbly received Him
For Hope and Love have entered their hearts.
He is our Messiah
He is our King
He is the Hope and Light of the World
A Bright Morning Star.
