The Lord dropped a word into my heart: Firebrand
FIREBRAND DEFINITION:
⦁ A person who is passionate about a particular cause, typically inciting change and taking radical action. (synonym – revolutionary) (Google.com)
⦁ A piece of burning wood.
The Lord then spoke, “FIREBRANDS! FIREBRANDS, where are you? I’m calling you forth, My Firebrands, to rise. I’m scattering My Firebrands across the earth to start Fires of Revival – To call people back to Me. Do you see those flames shooting high into the atmosphere? Those are My flames coming forth from the mouths and hearts of the Firebrands, like a torch, to kindle hearts to burn for Me.
My Firebrands have been scorched and burned in the flames of My All-Consuming fire and have stood in My Presence. I have sent them to fan the flames and spread Fires of Revival. I’m forging them through the trenches; through the enemy camps, leaving a trail of blazing fires burning everything that is not of Me.”
“Are you Burning in the midst of My Fire?”
“…Is this not a brand plucked from the fire?” (Zechariah 3:2)
“I came to send fire on the earth; and how I wish it was already kindled.” (Luke 12:49)
“In that day I will make the governors of Judah like a furnace of fire amongst wood, and as a firebrand amongst the hay: and they shall devour all the people round about, to the right hand, and to the left: and Jerusalem shall be inhabited again in her own place in Jerusalem. (Zechariah 12:6)
