A Reflection

In a moment of time

All stood still of which she knew

Standing before a dimly lit mirror

Looking deep within

Refracted images

Etched ever so tightly in her heart

Through tears overflowing

Moments of pain and grief

That no one ever saw

But yet the Lord saw

Cradling and holding her close in His Mighty arms

Bottling all her tears and sorrows

Seeing her when she felt unseen

He stood and strengthened her

As He covered and protected her

So as not to be scorched by fires in unseen battles

For He could see what she could not

For He has loved her with an everlasting Love

A looking glass mirror

Partially veiled

Only seeing in part reflection

His LIght breaks through the darkness

Of a dimly lit mirror

She is becoming…

Beholding as in a mirror

Transformed into His image

Glory upon Glory

Crowned with His Splendor

His Princess Bride

A radiant transformation

Of seeing Face to Face

All that she is to be in Him

For she carries

His Heart

His Love

His Grace

She walks with His Power, Fire, and Glory mantled upon her.

~But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.~

1 Corinthians 3:18

~For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.~

1 Corinthians 13:12
